The aromatic and medicinal plant sector in Switzerland is very active and presents a high level of innovation in sectors with very different expectations, such as food, food supplements, well-being and cosmetics.

The aim of this conference is to highlight the potential for innovation in this sector among its players (companies, research centres, institutions) in order to encourage the exchange of knowledge and to promote the emergence of collaborations. The speakers are from research (academic and applied) and industry (processing/upgrading), with a presentation of institutional structures for project support.
